We are looking for a Product Management Intern (Master level) to join our Business Development team in Neste Components.

Our Product Management team manages the global product offering portfolio for Renewable Aviation at Neste, and in that way supports the growth of the business in a good way, and help make happy customers. 

As a Product Management Intern, you have a great opportunity to support and manage product development streams and tasks, and gain a deeper working experience in a very international environment.

The Internship is for a period of minimum 5 months with flexibility to align on what fits your university requirement and schedule. The Internship would preferably start from September 2023. You have to be registered at a Dutch University during the Internship period.

Role responsibilities

• Participate in the scaling phase of SAF for Business by working closely with the Renewable Aviation Business Unit, and Corporate Neste functions such as sales, legal, compliance, finance, operations, marketing and sustainability to support the execution of our ambitious strategy

• Develop and implement internal strategies to ensure the visibility of SAF Solutions in particular through newsletter, streaming platform, webpage management, etc

• Support users our our products and further develop the sales toolkit 

• Organise best practice sessions of Product Management

• Work on a a range of Product Management projects as assigned and based on interest. We can offer varied possibilities related to other Product Management projects (e.g. e-learning development, reporting and accounting, etc).

The best combination to success in this position

• Academic studies in the field of product management, sustainability, aviation management, system engineering, or related.

• You’re passionate about sustainability, aviation, renewable energy, project management, and want to learn even more about it

• You are enthusiastic and have a ‘can do’ mentality. With your positive mindset, you can convey ideas well and you easily get others on board.

• You feel at home in an international culture and you get energy from working in a dynamic environment, with colleagues from different backgrounds and nationalities.

• You need little instructions to get started, and you can work independently.

• Willingness to learn new things

• Good self-management skills (organising and managing your tasks to meet deadlines)

• Good written and spoken English

• Attention to detail
