As a Key Account Manager specializing in global airline accounts, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and cultivating enduring relationships with our valued customers. Your strategic acumen, coupled with exceptional analytical skills, will be instrumental in navigating complex market dynamics and delivering unparalleled value to both the organization and our clients. Responsibilities:

 

 

 

  1. Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability within assigned global airline accounts.
  2. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
  3. Value Creation: Identify opportunities to create significant value for customers through tailored solutions, innovative offerings, and strategic partnerships.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis, including competitor benchmarking, pricing trends, and demand forecasting, to inform strategic decision-making and maximize business opportunities.
  5. Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while safeguarding the organization's interests.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams, to ensure alignment of strategies and seamless execution of initiatives.
  7. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including revenue growth, market share, customer satisfaction, and profitability, to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with customer relationships, contractual obligations, and market dynamics to safeguard business continuity.
  9. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, and value delivery.
  10. Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies, actively participating in industry forums, conferences, and networking events.
     

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

 

 

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  2. Proven track record of success in key account management, preferably within the aviation or fuel industry.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  5. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative solutions to address customer needs and business challenges.
  6. Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving tangible business outcomes and exceeding performance targets.
  7. High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
  8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
  9. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
