We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join the Renewable Aviation Business Development team based out of Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, which is near Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
We are a growing team of passionate experts working on making aviation more sustainable through increasing the awareness and use of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). The Business Development team is responsible for commercial strategy development, creating new business models and avenues for the commercialization of SAF, managing and growing new and existing end user solutions, and providing organisational stability through process development and improvement.
Key responsibilities:

Support the design, development and deployment of global business processes and its associated tools and systems

Administer the systems and tools Renewable aviation uses and perform small tweaks and enhancements to optimise the usage (Salesforce, Aviation Integration Platform, Monday.com, Silverbucket, SAP, Anaplan)

Identify opportunities for further innovation within the processes and systems and write out requirements for the development teams

Contribute to the overarching enterprise architecture with your ideas and suggestions

Execute on the Sales platform vision for the commercial processes and ensure harmonisation and standardisation across the business units for the market-to-prospect and prospect-to-order process
The best combination to success in this role
-
1-3 years of experience in business analysis and process optimization
-
1-3 years of development experience in sales process, sales training and sales transformation program for a global sales organization
-
Strong experience from driving CRM adaptation for all organisation levels
-
Be able to both communicate with technical teams as well as the commercial teams and bridge the gap between them
-
Experience from driving development in agile way
-
Strong influencing and communication skills
-
Ability to influence and drive initiatives with key stakeholders on different organisational levels, especially with the regional sales leadership.

Good change management skills

Fluency in English

Bachelor's degree in business or engineering
