About the Role
We are hiring an AI/ML Engineer to develop and deliver AI/ML solutions that enhance core business processes. You will help translate operational challenges into scalable AI applications with measurable impact.
In this role, you’ll work hands-on with data preparation, model building, deployment, and monitoring, while contributing to the continuous improvement of our MLOps practices. You’ll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and senior engineers to ensure that AI products are robust, reliable, and embedded into everyday operations.
Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models covering the full lifecycle from prototyping and development to production deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Work closely with business stakeholders to uncover pain points, define valuable use cases, and translate them into AI-native solutions.

Develop robust APIs and pipelines to integrate models with real-time operations.

Document solutions to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Validate and monitor data quality to ensure reliable model performance.

Communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders to support alignment and adoption.

Ensure all solutions meet standards for performance, cost-efficiency, and traceability.
What You Bring
-
2+ years of applied experience in ML engineering, with at least 1 year in business- or client-facing roles.

Strong background in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain).

Proven experience in cloud-native ML deployment (e.g., GCP Vertex AI, AWS, or Azure ML).

Experience building CI/CD pipelines for ML, model monitoring, and retraining workflows.

Familiarity with version control and software engineering best practices (e.g., Git, testing, debugging).

Experience working with diverse data types (structured, unstructured, or time-series).

Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new tools and frameworks.

Experience with GenAI, RAG pipelines, or multi-agent AI systems.

Clear communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.

Practical understanding of business KPIs, cost-performance trade-offs, and process optimization.

Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
