We are looking for an

 

Accounts Receivable Specialist

 

to join our Accounts Receivable and Collections team in Espoo. The position is temporary until March 31st, 2027.

 

Our team is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate customer account and incoming money handling, supporting all the counterparties in the process globally and performing revenue assurance by timely collection of receivables and interest invoicing.

Your role in our team

 

  • Manage customer receivables and Accounts Receivable postings

  • Apply cash remittances of the previous day

  • Provide daily customer support: analyse and resolve customer inquiries

  • Reconcile Accounts Receivable interfaces and balance internal items

  • Process miscellaneous invoicing included credit loss bookings and billing 

  • Raise customer master data update requests

  • Perform AR month end closing according to the global closing schedule

  • Execute internal controls for Accounts Receivable process

  • Prepare receivable reports and respond to internal inquiries

  • Prepare relevant audit material and assist in audits

  • Identify and initiate automation and digitalization potential in provided services

 

You will work closely with the following stakeholders: Finance Center of Excellence, Global Financial Services teams, Regional Finance, Business Finance, Business Representatives, External Customers and Auditors.


The best combination to success in this role  

  • Relevant educational background, such as B.Sc. in Business Administration

  • Good knowledge of accounts receivable and order-to-cash process

  • Experience of modern ERP systems

  • Understanding of IFRS

  • Understanding of accounting principles

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written

  • Proactive and development-minded approach, combined with the ability to handle daily routine tasks efficiently
