BUSINESS INTEGRATION MANAGER


to join our OP Product & Assets Strategy Development team in Espoo, Finland.


The OP Product & Asset Strategy Development team will create and then on a regular cadence will update OP’s long-term transformation roadmap towards making the Porvoo refinery into a world-class renewable and circular site. Together with several of our internal and external stakeholders, we generate and shape concepts for the future to create a comprehensive long-term transformation plan. 

 

In this position you will focus on OP strategic business development in integration and collaboration with RP BAs and Innovation Platforms. You will work closely with other members within the Product & Assets Strategy Development team as well as  the OP Technology organization as a whole, all of which are located in both Espoo and Porvoo.


As we in OP grow our presence in renewable and circular solutions we need to continuously renew and develop our ways of working, integrating our business processes and functions to enhance the Porvoo refinery transformation. This position provides an excellent opportunity to widen your technical and business expertise in relation to value chains. Your role in creating a sustainable future

  • Business idea creation, evaluation, selecting and prioritizing for initiating strategic projects with stakeholders
  • Close collaboration with stakeholders for understanding business challenges and opportunities and finding new solutions via Porvoo transformation and technology
  • Contribution to building, revising, modeling and updating transformation roadmaps and communicating and justifying roadmap to stakeholders, and initiating necessary projects
  • Close participation in strategic projects during the research, pre-study and feasibility phases to justify and cristallasing transformation and business cases.

 

The best combination to succeed in this role

  • Bachelor degree in engineering, business, technology or other relevant field. Master's degree is preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in business or business development-type projects
  • In-depth understanding of investment project drivers and relevant technologies
  • An excellent comprehensive understanding of the big picture in relevant business, process industry or innovations
  • Ability to understand complex cause-consequence relations and skills solve complex problems
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with stakeholders.
