Your role in our team

• Manage a specific business solution’s (FIS Quantum) end-to-end delivery; lifecycle, development and maintenance activities, ensuring that the solution brings value to business. 

• Work closely with the customers in Treasury and Risk Management as well as in the areas of Business Finance and Group Finance

• Support the finance organization in defining actionable development initiatives

You will report to the Head of Finance Center of Excellence, Group Finance and work closely with the Treasury and Risk Management team and wider Neste. This position will allow you to get exposure to the whole finance organization of a large stock listed company, working with some of our most challenging solutions. The work also entails close cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

The best combination to success in this role

• Understanding of Treasury and Risk Management processes and systems, especially FIS Quantum.

• Experience of solution management

• Experience of rigorous issue identification and structured problem-solving

• Proof of strong stakeholder and change management skills

• Solid performance in project management role, preferably in the area of the CFO organization

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English

• MSc (or similar higher university degree) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field

We also value

• Past experience from working within Treasury Operations, Finance & Accounting or Enterprise Performance Management

• Consulting experience from Finance functional area 

• Experience from working with or understanding of financial management systems (e.g. SAP FICO, Hyperion)

• Process development experience and training (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)

In addition to the experiences above, a pragmatic attitude and resilience to drive problem solving and development initiatives forward will be critical in this position.
