Business Support Lead


to join our ERP Center of Excellence.


Neste ERP Center of Excellence (ERP CoE) is a global team responsible for developing the integrated ERP landscape and supporting business users and strategies. This role is new in the team, and will provide leadership, expertise and advice to the Solution teams to enable them to deliver high standards on daily business support activities within the company.


You will act as a contact point for the service, coordinating the range of meetings and monitoring the performance based on SLAs and KPis in the area. In your role you will define, document and implement support processes for Neste ERP to ensure best practices and standardization across stakeholders. As an ideal candidate you will promote an agile mindset and new ways of working. You will work across organizations and projects, so it’s essential you have experience in working with cross-functional and intercultural environments with external parties.

Your role in our team

 

  • Act as a contact point for business support services
  • Identify, work on and propose continuous process improvements
  • Monitor performance targets, set up KPIs for your responsibility area
  • Cooperate with the Neste business units and process owners in your respective area to develop support  processes and ways of working together
  • Collaborating closely with other ERP CoE teams to improve ways of working with internal stakeholders and external IT vendors.

 

 

The best combination to succeed in this role

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a relevant field such as business or technical
  • Several years of experience (7+) in customer support environments
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in target setting and continuous improvements
  • Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional and intercultural environments with internal and external parties
  • Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to changing situations, capability to manage own workload, prioritize work activities and work independently
  • Proactive approach on tasks and assignments, willingness to drive change and achieve results


We also value knowledge in Jira, Service Now and/or Celonis tools.
