Charging Solutions Sales Manager, EV Charging Services


to our EV Charging Services team in Espoo Finland.


You will be responsible for the sales of Neste`s tailored EV charging services and solutions to B2B customers in Finland. In this job you will work closely with many internal and external stakeholders.

More about the job


Your role in our team 

  • Identify and contact potential customers for our B2B EV solutions in cooperation and coordination with B2B sales
  • Build and own the sales pipeline and execute offers. Close agreements independently, and together with Account Managers
  • Active role in marketing planning  
  • Follow market development, gather information and provide active feedback and adapt sales strategies accordingly

 
Keys to success in this role 
 

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in Finnish
  • Strong background and hands on experience on B2B solution sales, with a proven track record
  • Good negotiation skills and strong self leadership skills
  • Responsible attitude and good communication skills to influence external and internal stakeholders and represent the team and unit externally
  • Genuine interest and understanding towards electric vehicles and their charging
  • Commercial mindset and positive can do attitude 
  • The most important thing is to get deals done
