Commercial & Data Analyst
to our Commercial Steering team in Espoo, Finland.
Commercial Steering team is part of Business Steering & Chartering in Renewables Products and is accountable for steering global sales to maximize profitability. It will establish and follow up on pricing guidelines, sales margin levels, and other sales performance metrics.
You will focus on generating commercial insights through data analytics to support global sales steering and performance optimization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales & Trading, Market Intelligence, Margin Management, P&SCM, and other key stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making.

The best combination to succeed in this role

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Data & Analytics)

Intimate familiarity with RP’s global optimization logic, planning processes, sales KPI calculations, e.g. sales margin, sales volume actualization, and the global renewables supply chain

Exceptional analytical capability coupled with strong Excel / Google Sheet skills; demonstrated experience navigating a highly fragmented data environment, deriving actionable insights

Experience with one or more of the following: Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, SAP Analysis Services, Power BI (DAX / Semantic Models), or Python

Basic understanding of the global renewable products market, business environment, and producer economics

Team player with demonstrated ability to work across teams, units, and functions; a can-do attitude with a growth mindset

Fluency in English communications
