We are looking for you,

Finance Trainees (hourly employed)

to our Global Financial Services’ (GFS) Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables & Collection, General Ledger, Asset Accounting and Payments teams in Espoo.

You will work on an hourly basis approximately 0-23 hours per week. These positions are temporary and starting from September / October 2025 and ending on 30th April 2026. The start date is negotiable and will be discussed with the selected candidates.

You will work on

Finance Trainees will work with basic operational finance tasks that vary between teams. GFS Finance Trainees process daily finance transactions relating e.g. to vendors, customers, master data, assets, lease assets, payments, journal entries and integrations. You may support projects, perform ad hoc type of tasks and perform selected finance close and reporting tasks. In this role you will work closely with GFS colleagues, vendors, customers and other internal stakeholders.

• You have studies in the relevant field, e.g., finance, accounting or other similar fields

• Positive and energetic personality with good social skills

• Motivated to learn new skills

• Experience and interest in bookkeeping, financial or management accounting tasks and processes

• Previous experience on finance applications and tasks are considered as an asset

• Development mindset

• Fluent spoken and written English is required, Finnish & Chinese are an advantage

• Detailed oriented and solid team player

• Flexibility for weekly working hours
