Global Mobility Partner

to join our Employment Hub in Espoo, Finland, driving end-to-end global mobility solutions and daily operations.

Neste Global Mobility function is responsible for the overall global mobility framework, supporting our business, cross-border workforce and international assignment cases worldwide. In this role, you will manage end-to-end global mobility cases with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance, vendor coordination and an exceptional employee experience. While based in the centralized HR Operations team called Employment Hub, you will work in close collaboration with the Senior Global Mobility Manager and key internal and external stakeholders.

Your role in our team

  • Manage end-to-end global mobility cases independently from initiation to repatriation. 

  • Act as the primary operational contact for mobile employees, line managers, HR and external vendors.

  • Ensure compliance and smooth execution across international tax, immigration and relocation together with external partners.

  • Coordinate the GM shared mailbox, handle general operational inquiries and ensure accurate assignment tracking data. 

  • Support global mobility process improvements, documentation and ad-hoc development initiatives.

  • Support general HR operations and employee lifecycle tasks in Employment Hub when your global mobility workload permits.


The best combination to succeed in this role

  • Relevant academic degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or equivalent).

  • Relevant experience in Global Mobility, assignment administration or international HR operations (experience as an HR Generalist is considered an advantage). 

  • A solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate everyday operational situations and complex inquiries with good judgment.

  • Strong self-management, prioritization and time-management skills in a dynamic environment.

  • Fluent communication and stakeholder skills in English and Finnish.

  • Proactive, accountable and eager to learn and continuously develop GM processes.
