We are looking for a Head of Corporate Communications to lead the team of skilled communications experts in internal, external, and sustainability communications. We expect you to have broad expertise in the area of corporate communications and a proven track-record in leading teams.
In this role you will

Lead Neste’s messaging and communications to support the company’s strategy and strengthen the Neste brand

Have a broad range of responsibilities from financial communications to supporting positive employee experience

As a highly professional communications partner, support Neste’s transformation and performance

Drive media relations and interact with different kind of stakeholders

Establish and maintain preparedness for crisis and issues communications, ensuring the team is trained for execution

Champion continuous improvement

Lead and develop Neste's corporate communications team of highly skilled communications experts, fostering an environment of continuous learning and accountability
Keys to success in this role:

Master's degree in a relevant field
-
Demonstrated capability to holistically and successfully plan and lead strategic and tactical communications projects and initiatives

Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in external communications and employee engagement gained within for example global, listed, large-scale, industrial companies

Exceptional leadership and team development skills, comfortable working with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams

Ability to operate under pressure, managing multiple priorities with agility

Solid business understanding, ability to support the company’s strategy implementation and performance
-
Strong experience in leading teams and cross-functional projects to successful completion

A collaborative way of working combined with a proactive, hands-on and energetic approach

Flexible, positive, and responsible attitude

Safety-oriented mindset

Excellent writing skills, fluency in both Finnish and English
This is a full-time permanent position based in Espoo, Neste’s headquarters. You will report to the Communications Director.
