We are looking for you,
Head of Digital HR
to HR Business Solutions unit in Neste’s Headquarters in Espoo.
As Head of Digital HR you will drive high value and impact of HR processes’ performance and development by digitalisation. In this role you will lead the Digital HR team responsible for enabling and developing HR digitalisation globally in Neste. Ultimately, we drive for effective and intelligent processes to support business and good people leadership.

Your role in Neste HR is responsible for
- Managing the design, delivery and maintenance of HR information, learning and worktime management systems at Neste (e.g. SAP Success Factors, Worktime Software)
- Leading the development and deployment of Neste’s digital HR platforms and systems
- Contributing to the digital HR strategy and implementation roadmap in alignment with Neste’s people and technology strategy
- Leading and cooperating with HR system development and maintenance partners and vendors
- Leading and coaching Neste’s Digital HR team of HR system specialists
In this role you will collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions that can improve HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. You will report to the Vice President, HR Business Solutions.
Keys to success in this role
The best combination of experiences, skills and background is:
- 10+ years of experience and knowledge in the HR and/or IT field with a comprehensive understanding of HRIS systems
- Holistic understanding of HR digitalisation value and impact potential
- HR ICT system development skills and passion
- Deep understanding of HR management and processes
- Ability to lead and manage HR system and tool development and efficient operational performance
- Analytical and systematic way of working, persistent attitude to tackle obstacles in digitalisation development
- Experience from team lead / line management position
- Ability to thrive in uncertainty and resolve ambiguity with solution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication, influencing and networking skills in English (Finnish is considered as an advantage) with the ability to act as an interpreter and facilitator between HR, IT and business
