We are looking for you,
Head of IT, Real Estate Management and Marketing & Services Procurement
to our Neste Procurement team in Espoo, Finland.
You will focus on leading a team of end-to-end category leads in diverse categories in IT, REM and M&S. In this job you will be working with many functional stakeholders and be a full-time member of the Neste procurement leadership team.
Together with your team, you will collaborate on strategic sourcing initiatives, drive supplier performance, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of procurement processes. You will support and motivate your team to bring extraordinary spend discipline and saving projects home day-in-day-out. Together with your expertise, we can do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.

Your role in our team

Manage the category group team in procurement, responsible for the supplier selection, spend, savings, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.

Co-develop and coach executable category strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on cost optimization, risk mitigation, and innovation

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
The best combination to succeed in this role

Strong experience in developing and leading category and supplier management and people, or similar roles with commercial responsibilities.

Understanding of global market trends, supplier capabilities, and emerging sourcing opportunities.

Keen interest and experience in procurement process with focus on simplification and automation of operative tasks of procurement.

Solid track record to deliver value, improving companies’ competitiveness and total cost of ownership.

Excellent collaborations and persuasion skills, ability to influence and credible presentations skills.

Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations.

Excellent track records in delivering targets.

Ability to build, nurture and lead a high-performing team and culture.

Team management experience, preferably at least for 3-5 years.

Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
