We are looking for you,
Hourly Employee, Subscription Coordinator (part-time)
to our global Market Intelligence team, to be based in Espoo, Finland.
You will focus on managing and optimizing Neste’s Market Intelligence subscriptions across the company, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and collaborating with Procurement to maximize the value of our supplier partnerships. In this job you will work closely with the global Market Intelligence team, a broad range of internal stakeholders and the Procurement organization. In our team, you will enter a collaborative, data-driven environment where your structural coordination directly supports decision-making across the company. Together with your expertise, we can do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.
This role is a wonderful opportunity to build networks within Neste and to obtain a proper understanding of how data and information access support various business needs across a global organization. You can make an impact starting from the first day in the role.
This is a fixed-term part-time (estimated 20 hours / week) role until the end of April 2027, after which the future scope of the role will be evaluated.

Your role in our team
As Subscription Coordinator, you will take operational ownership of Neste’s global Market Intelligence subscriptions. Your main responsibilities will include:

Act as a primary administrator for subscription platforms, e.g. operationally implement and exit subscriptions, onboard and remove users, keep accurate user records and troubleshoot access issues

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define existing and future data and information needs, and cost allocations between internal stakeholder groups

Handle part of the internal purchasing workflow by raising Purchase Requests (PRs) in Neste’s systems

Partner with Procurement to prepare for contract entries, renewals and exits

Enhance internal visibility to available services to enable maximum value

Serve as a key contact point internally for Market Intelligence subscription related needs, and externally for Neste’s external subscription providers
Keys to success in this role

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; we also welcome students towards the end of your Master’s degree

Previous experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a role involving coordination, administration, procurement, and/or data management

IT system savviness

Strong organizational and communication skills

Very high attention to detail with a structured approach to work

Understanding of how data supports decision making in a large organization
