We are looking for you,

IT Solution Manager Sales and Trading

to our Sales and Supply Chain IT team in Espoo location.

You will focus on the Sales and Trading in our Renewable Products business area. In this job you will work closely with other IT colleagues, business stakeholders, process development and with IT vendors, globally. 


In our team, we are responsible to ensure Neste has the right Sales and Trading solutions for effective business usage. Together with your expertise, we can do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.

Your role in our team


This role is a combination of hands-on and stakeholder management responsibilities. On the development side you will be leading the delivery of Sales and Trading improvement projects and small enhancements. This may include acting as project manager for smaller initiatives or stream lead in larger projects. On the operating side you will be ensuring the service quality and cost efficiency of our support services. Additionally, you will provide functional and architectural direction and guidance regarding your area of responsibility. 

 


Keys to success in this role

  • We expect you to have profound knowledge in Allegro:

    • Experience in solution design, system development, testing and deployments 

    • Experience in Allegro configurations and integrations  

    • Experience in project work in multi-site and multi-vendor environment

  • Several years of relevant work experience including experience in Sales and Trading management related IT development

  • Target oriented, pro-active and systematic way of working 

  • Good communication and cooperation skills 

  • Continuously eager to learn and adaptable to evolving circumstances with the ability to work under pressure

  • Proficient in written and oral English, with strong presentation skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills

  • University level degree in computer science, logistics or other relevant field 

 


Other strengths we value

  • Knowledge of Salesforce system

  • Understanding of Sales and Trading in Oil & Gas industry
