IT Solution Manager -  Identity and Access Management (IAM)

to our Digital Workplace Solution team at our headquarters in Espoo.

Welcome to the team! In this IT Solution Manager role, you will take on the core responsibility for our Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution and its related duties, working collaboratively with your IT Solution Manager colleague. This includes overseeing the overall IAM daily service and operations carried out with our trusted partner vendors, ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of all IAM services. To thrive in this role, you should possess a knowledge of the IAM domain, coupled with expertise in IT Service Management processes.

You will collaborate closely with your colleagues across the Digital Workplace Solutions team, as well as with service area vendors, IT Architects, and our business representatives to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions in this vital area. The Digital Workplace Solutions team's mission is to empower effective collaboration for all Neste employees and partners by providing appropriate digital tools. Your role in our team

• Be a key player in ensuring the successful delivery of the IAM solution throughout its lifecycle, including supporting the planning, roadmapping, development, maintenance, and continuously working to improve its efficiency.

• Coordinate the smooth and efficient delivery of the day-to-day IAM operational services.

• Keep an eye on service and operational performance levels and participate in regular reviews with customers and service providers.

• Ensure that standard ITSM and ITIL processes are consistently followed for the solution.

• Proactively identify and implement ways to improve our IAM services.

• Work closely with and guide our IAM service partners on Neste-specific topics and requirements.

• Be involved in the resolution of Major Incidents and act as an escalation point for IAM-related issues when necessary.

• Ensure that accurate service support documentation is available and up-to-date for all relevant stakeholders.

• Track the solution’s budget, manage its costs, and look for opportunities for optimization.

• Support compliance requirements related to licenses, audits, security, and other regulatory items.

• Keep stakeholders informed by actively sharing updates and progress in the IAM area (e.g., through info sessions and our intranet).

 
The best combination to succeed in this role

• Practical knowledge of IAM services and the business processes used to manage and support them.

• Practical, hands-on experience with IGA (Identity Governance and Access Management) solutions, for example Sailpoint IdentityIQ.

• Familiarity with cyber security standards and regulations related to IAM (GDPR, ISO27001 etc.).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear manner.

• Excellent collaboration and cooperation skills. 

• Ability to work independently, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines at the same time as being a good team player, providing and asking help when needed.

• Positive attitude, and ability to manage multiple assignments in parallel.

• Good command of English.
