We are looking for you,
IT Solution Manager - Identity and Access Management (IAM)
to our Digital Workplace Solution team at our headquarters in Espoo.
In this IT Solution Manager role, you are responsible for the overall IAM daily service and operations with partner vendors to ensure secure and efficient delivery of IAM services. As an IT Solution Manager for IAM, you should have a very good knowledge of the IAM area, in general, and also very good level knowledge of IAM service management, IT Service Management processes and IT architecture.
You will work closely with colleagues from the Digital Workplace Solutions team as well as with service area vendors, IT Architects and our business representatives to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions in this area. The Digital Workplace Solutions team's mission is to enable effective collaboration for Neste employees and partners through the provision of appropriate digital tools.

Your role in our team

End-to-end accountability for IT solution delivery and success incl. planning, roadmapping, development, maintenance & continuous efficiency improvement

Drives IT solution governance in collaboration with Business, IT, and partners.

Manage the delivery of IAM operational services

Be a single point of escalation for all internal IAM support issues

Responsible for IT solution cost management & optimization

Monitor and report on service/operational levels and perform regular customer/service provider reviews

Ensures that ITSM and ITIL processes are being followed for respective IT Solution

Proactively seek ways to improve our IAM services

Responsible for IT solution cost management & optimization

Coach and support IAM service partners in Neste related topics

Participate in Major Incidents & Crisis Management and act as an escalation point to IAM related issues, when needed

Ensure the availability of accurate service support documentation for all relevant stakeholders

Ensure compliance regarding licenses, audits, security and other compliance items

Actively share communication on what is ongoing in the IAM area (e.g hold info sessions, publish status updates in our intranet)
The best combination to succeed in this role

Several years of experience managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) services

Practical knowledge of IAM services and the business processes used to manage and support them

Practical, hands on experience with IGA (Identity Governance and Access Management) solutions, for example Sailpoint IdentityIQ
-
Familiarity with cyber security standards and regulations related to IAM (GDPR, NIS2 etc.)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear manner

Excellent collaboration and cooperation skills

Ability to work independently, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines at the same time as being a good team player, providing and asking help when needed

Positive attitude, and ability to manage multiple assignments in parallel.
