IT ERP Solution Manager, Maintenance
 

In this role of IT ERP Solution manager you will be part of the team owning the ERP solutions and will be accountable for the delivery of the SAP based solutions in the area of operational maintenance of refineries. While participating in development projects, you will be responsible for defining requirements, reviewing and approving design proposals and ensuring our partners will deliver good quality end-to-end solutions. You will help to resolve complex operational issues or topics in your solution area with your profound understanding of the end-to-end processes. In this role you will be working closely with a large number of stakeholders, such as business teams, project teams, ERP platform team and IT vendors.
 

This position is located in the Neste office in Finland (Espoo).

More About The Job
 

Your role in our team

• Ensure fit for purpose and efficient ERP solutions delivery in your area

• Share your in depth knowledge of the ERP solutions in maintenance, asset management and related processes, and provide consultancy to the other teams as needed  

• Follow-up operational processes quality and ensure timely resolution of any issues  

• Manage the cooperation with our supplier network in your area of responsibility  

Keys to success in this role

• Strong knowledge of maintenance and asset management solutions utilising SAP (MM, EAM, PM)

• Good understanding of asset management and related maintenance processes

• Ability to architectural thinking and understanding end-to-end flows with other connected applications

• Experience in working with business stakeholders and IT vendors 

• Experience in SAP functional specifications and documentation 

• Great leadership and influencing skills

• M.Sc/MBA or similar degree in a relevant field

• Fluent English
