We are looking for you,
Loyalty and Partnerships Manager
to our B2C Marketing team at Neste Marketing & Services Sales B2C and Network business unit, in Espoo, Finland.
Our team is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities as well as developing loyalty and partnerships. Also we are ambitious in building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels and building thought leadership with sustainability and circular solutions.
You will work closely with a local team of experts in Finland such as sales, customer service and other internal and external stakeholders in Finland and Baltics. In your role you will report to the Head of B2C Marketing Manager located in Vilnius.

Your role in creating a sustainable future

Lead the development and management of the loyalty program to increase customer retention, engagement and lifetime value

Identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships in Finland and the Baltics that align with the brand and create value for business

Utilize B2C data to analyze customer trends, set KPIs and find actionable insights for both loyalty and partnership initiatives

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals and maintain effective communication

Contribute to marketing campaigns’ planning and launching that support the loyalty program and partnerships
Keys to success in this role
-
Bachelor or Master's degree in Marketing or related field
-
Proven experience in managing customer loyalty programs
-
Ability to identify, negotiate and manage strategic partnerships
-
Hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns

Analytical skills
-
Ability to write and create engaging and fluent content in Finnish and good command of English
