We are looking for you,


Manager, Analytics & Insights


to our Marketing & Services business unit Data, Analytics, Insights team in Espoo, Finland.


You will focus on delivering actionable insights from various data collection points, such online and offline surveys, web analytics data, or NPS studies. This role includes hands-on research conducting and educating our internal stakeholders to make most of the results and how to take findings to actions in a coherent and measurable way. In this you will be developing our research methods and data collection points, and updating the development roadmap continuously as a product owner. In this role you are leading our external partners towards our company targets.


In this job you will work closely with  marketing and services talented data and analytics minded experts, as  part of the data analysis process. Our team is part of the business unit Strategy and Business Development.

Your role in our team

  • Develop innovative research methodologies to support M&S strategy implementation.
  • Act as an internal consultant by coaching colleagues within one's area of responsibility to ensure their support and growth, and leading external partners from your expertise area
  • Utilize diverse data sources for actionable insights in understandable format
  • Coordinate research projects and ensure GDPR compliance
  • Analyze findings and deliver strategic and actionable recommendations
  • Development of roadmap planning

 

The best combination to succeed in this role

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field
  • Excellent English language skills, spoken and written
  • Familiarity with GDPR regulations and experience ensuring compliance in research activities
  • Proficiency and hands-on expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, including ie. online analytics, NPS, customer studies, brand studies in B2B or B2C marketing and sales context.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience on product owner, development manager or similar roles
  • Responsible attitude with a safety-oriented mindset

 

Other strengths we value

  • Finnish, Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian language skills
  • Expertise with data visualisation tools, ie. PowerBI
  • Experience with PiwikPRO, VWO, Surveypal, Dynamics 365 Customer Voice
  • Knowledge in programming languages (SQL, Python)
