We are looking for you,
Analyst, Market Compliance
to join our Product and Market Compliance team in the Renewable Products business unit based in Espoo, Finland. This is a temporary substitution from March to the end of September 2026.
You will be a part of a global organization of professionals responsible for renewable products market compliance to ensure business profitability, growth and success through interpretation of regulatory frameworks, implementation through instructions and verification audits. You will focus on managing Neste's sustainability compliance certifications and verification scheme audits supporting the data collection and reporting for audit requirements. Your work will require collaboration with certification bodies, auditors and industry organizations. You will work with a number of internal stakeholders located in three continents (e.g. Commercial Operations, Supply Chain Optimization and Planning, Sales, Product Management, Business Development).
You will report to the Lead, Market Compliance, in the Product & Supply Chain Management department in Renewable Products.

Your main responsibilities include

Provide customers and authorities with promptly and timely reporting on sustainability information

Contact suppliers and customers in sustainability compliance issues

Maintain and develop supplier compliance related tools and documentation

Support that relevant reporting and audits (internal, supplier, certification, verification, customer) are done and identified actions are completed
The best combination to succeed in this role

Min 2 years of work experience in relevant area, preferably from biofuels/chemicals/energy industry

Understanding of biofuel legislation such as EU RED, US EPA RFS and LCFS is seen as benefit

Experience from relevant biofuel verification or certification audits such as ISCC, RSB

Excellent communication skills and effective stakeholder management enabling active collaboration

Capability to work with details, yet understanding the big picture

Problem solving and analytical skills are essential for successfully conduct the tasks

Relevant Master or Bachelor degree

Excellent command of English language, other languages such as Finnish, Swedish, German or French is an advantage
