We are looking for you,

Omnichannel Manager

to join our Data, Analytics, and Insights team within the Marketing & Services business unit in Espoo. This is a parental leave substitute position where you will play a key role in building a customer-centric and data-driven culture. This is a fixed term contract until August 2027.


You will focus on driving the digital transformation of our customer engagement. In this role, your primary objective is to lead the implementation of a new marketing automation platform in a B2B context while ensuring the continuity of our B2C omnichannel activities. You will be responsible for translating complex business goals into actionable marketing technology objectives, navigating our data landscape to create seamless customer journeys.

Your role in our team

  • Project Leadership: Acting as the steering manager for a major marketing automation implementation project within the B2B context. 

  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively collaborating with internal sales teams, Corporate IT, and external consultants to translate business goals into technical marketing objectives

  • B2C Continuity: Supporting ongoing B2C activities to ensure consistent customer experiences and journey optimizations.

  • Strategic Development: Contributing to the formulation of our omnichannel strategy while mentoring colleagues to foster internal expertise in marketing automation

  • Operational Excellence: Prioritizing tasks and initiatives to align with business goals, navigating challenges like legacy systems and dispersed data.


The best combination to succeed in this role

Know-how and experience:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience (business or technical ownership) with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft.

  • Project Management: Proven ability to lead IT-related projects and ensure delivery in a matrix organization.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to optimize customer journeys and improve channel performance

  • Strategic Budgeting: Experience in managing project-related costs and prioritizing initiatives to ensure the most effective use of resources and marketing technology investments

  • Performance Tracking: Solid understanding of defining and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the business impact of omnichannel initiatives, such as conversion rates and customer lifetime value.

 

Collaboration & Communication:

  • You will need to effectively collaborate with various internal teams and external consultants. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

  • This role requires a tactical ability and business knowledge to influence others and make sound decisions.

  • You are a proactive and solution-oriented individual with the ability to lead your own work and prioritize tasks effectively
