We also provide our customers with services that help them utilise the full potential of the product. 


We are now looking for a  


Partner Success Manager 
 
to increase our capabilities on Global Partner Management resulting in faster time to markets and increased Partner satisfaction.  You will join our Global Business Development team from one of our locations in Espoo, Stockholm or Amsterdam. Neste's Strategy includes value creation and geographical expansion by working together with and through partners, which means that there is a need to manage a constantly growing pool of Partners and simultaneously develop the practices of working together.
 
Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are
 
You will play a key role in this process: working closely together with our regional sales teams in Europe, North America and APAC to scale up our global partner activities to the next level and making the partner processes future-proof. This could include evaluation and selection procedures, contractual conceptualisation, business planning and performance management activities. In an overall perspective, some of the challenges you’ll be working with could be to address questions such as:

  • “How do we ensure efficiency and ability to duplicate and scale across markets, while still allowing for market specific needs and localisation?”
  • “How do we ensure consistent Partner Performance across the globe?”
  • “How do we make the day to day lives of our Partners easier through improving our ways of working?”

You will connect the regional sales teams and their Partners to a global context, and build up capabilities to drive Partner preference and loyalty. 
 
What we expect you to bring to the table
 

  • A strong interest in sustainability and a mindset triggered by our purpose to create a healthier planet for future generations
  • Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field (Business, Technical, International trade, Law; you name it)
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience e.g. from, sales, marketing or commercial project management, preferably in an international environment
  • Commercial experience from roles such as Account manager, Partner Success Manager or Partner Enablement roles are seen as a strong plus
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects and partner relations and to manage change
  • Fluent people skills, also when facing conflicts of interests
  • Fluent in English, other languages seen as a plus
  • Self-starter attitude, ability to successfully take things across the finish line, 3-steps-ahead mindset
  • Being comfortable with continuous change and having a scaling-driven mindset will help you succeed in your role.
