Pricing Analyst

 

to our Strategic Pricing team. This is a part-time (18.75h/week), temporary position ending in August 2025.
 
As a Strategic Pricing team, our mission is to empower Sales to achieve pricing excellence and drive profitable business growth. We utilise advanced pricing strategies, robust price management techniques, and cutting-edge AI tools to develop differentiated offerings and automate pricing processes. 
 
We are a team of pricing professionals constantly developing our capabilities and talent and agile way of working. Being happy and working with complex tasks means we pay a lot of attention to ensuring that our workload and resources are in balance to manage well-being.
 
This role offers you the opportunity to manage our pricing policies and work with commercial teams in Finland and the Baltic area to improve our price management, execution and results.

Your role in our team

  • Work as a member of the Marketing & Services business unit’s Strategic Pricing team. Your focus will be in B2B pricing in Finland and Baltic countries
  • Translate sales and marketing strategies into pricing strategies and implement them as targeted actions to our customers prices
  • Set and manage pricing guidelines and turn them into actions that improve business results
  • Develop pricing processes, tools and functionalities to meet business targets

 
Pricing analyst reports to Head of Strategic Pricing and in matrix to Head of Sales B2B.


The best combination to succeed in this role

  • Prior work experience in relevant commercial role e.g. pricing, analytics and/or data science
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data capability
  • Willingness to learn and continuously develop yourself
  • On the second half of the studies (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) or graduated in a relevant field (e.g. commercial, technical or data)
  • Fluent English

  • Good practical experience and theoretical knowledge of pricing process
  • Experience in working with big data sets
  • Good self leadership and prioritisation skills
  • Working in matrix organisations
