We are looking for you,
Process and Information Architect
to join our Group Business Processes team in Espoo.
The Group Business Processes team drives operating model and business process maturity and excellence across Neste Business Areas and Functions.
This includes ownership and responsibility for process and information architecture and related methodologies, and their implementation together with process owners and developers. As part of the team, you will focus on driving the end-to-end design and governance of process and information architecture to ensure that business logic, data flows, and accountabilities are transparent, standardized and optimized across Neste. You will work closely with process owners, process development managers, IT solution managers, our data platform team, our master data management team and enterprise architects. Your main responsibilities include
Architecture management

Taking charge of the process and information architecture deliverables in your responsibility area

Creating and documenting process architecture including
-
Hierarchies
-
Inputs and outputs
-
Relevant end-to-end processes across two or multiple process areas
-
Activity and task level diagrams when relevant
-

Creating and documenting information architecture including
-
Information flows between processes
-
Conceptual and logical models related to process inputs and outputs
-
Co-operation with Neste data platform data architects
-
Creation and maintenance of common vocabulary and glossary
-

Updating the architecture with applications, roles, and KPI:s
-
Contributing in architecture management methodology and tool development
Other responsibilities

Participating business and system development projects with hands on attitude

Collaborating with process and data owners, and analysts

Development of process and data governance community at Neste

Driving ownership and accountability in your responsibility area

Improving data transparency and understanding
The work location will be Espoo, and we work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging.
Keys to success in this role
To succeed in this role, you should possess

Educational foundation in industrial engineering, computer science or business administration
-
Strong conceptual, analytical and practical problem solving skills
-
Experience in process and information architecture work
-
Capability to drive change, along with a natural ability to build trust with your co-operators and stakeholders
-
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
-
Strong communication, collaboration and facilitation skills
Other strengths we value

Experience of sales, supply chain, production or product development operations
-
Experience of any major ERP platform
-
Experience in using Aris or similar architecture tools
