We are looking for you,

Product Manager

to join our Neste Marketing and Services' Product management team in Espoo, Finland.

We have a highly professional and capable team responsible for our product management. The team is responsible for the commercial success and technical integrity of Neste product portfolio consisting of fuels, lubrication oils and other technical fluids for mobile machinery and for industrial use. 


You will work closely with internal functions such as Sales, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Marketing within the Baltic Sea region. You will also be in direct contact with our suppliers and customers. Our work combines accountability, cooperation, and the desire to develop and renew. Working safely at all times is essential to all of us. Your in-depth knowledge and experience in fuels will be essential. You will report to the Head of Product management.

Your role in our team

  • Follow and develop commercial and technical performance of our fuel portfolio

  • Identify and assess new opportunities together with sales 

  • Define product requirements based on market needs

  • Work with Supply Chain to ensure availability and cost optimization

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between suppliers, sales, and customers

  • Manage technical product data, quality specifications, and ensures compliance with relevant industry standards

  • Deliver product-specific training for the sales, distribution partners and key customers.

  • Provides technical support to resolve complex customer inquiries or complaints.

  • Is involved in dialogue with our key customers together with sales

The best combination to succeed in this role

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in fuels

  • Genuine interest in the customers and their business. Business minded, outgoing and persuasive team player.

  • Capability to understand and handle a complex cases 

  • Capability to successfully network, interact and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is critical, while proficiency in Finnish is a plus.
