We are looking for you,

Product Portfolio Manager,

to join our Product and Market Compliance team in the Product & Supply Chain Management organization in the Renewable Products business unit based in Espoo, Finland. This is a temporary parental leave substitution until the end of July 2026.

You will focus on owning and managing the global product portfolio of Neste’s Renewable Products for sustainability compliance elements. In this role you will have insights into Neste Renewable business in general and be able to contribute to the sustainability of products. You will be a part of a global organization working in three continents. Your work will require collaboration with a number of internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Market Compliance, Business Development, Supply Chain Optimization and Planning, Technical Managers).

You will report to the Director, Product and Market Compliance, Renewable Products and be part of an international team of experts responsible for renewable product portfolio management, technical product quality management and product sustainability compliance globally. Your main responsibilities include

• Owner of the Renewable Product Portfolio for sustainability compliance elements

• Development of Product Lifecycle Management process

• Steering and managing the portfolio for sustainability elements including regulatory pathways and sustainability certificates

• Providing sustainability related product support to internal stakeholders in market entries, in development projects and in production and supply chain changes
  
   

The best combination to succeed in this role
 

• M.Sc. in technology, engineering or business

• Min 5 years of work experience in relevant area (e.g. product management, supply chain management or renewable fuel regulation)

• Project and change management skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management enabling active collaboration

• Problem solving and analytical skills

• Fluency in English, Finnish or Swedish is an advantage

• Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset
