Real Estate Manager

We are welcoming an experienced real estate manager to join our Services and Real Estate team in Espoo, Finland.

As a Real Estate Manager your role is to ensure effective asset and property management of Neste’s group real estate assets, along with comprehensive facility management. With your expertise you will be leading development of the group real estate initiatives and managing external partners.

In this Job you will work closely with the real estate team members in Espoo and Porvoo. You will also actively foster collaboration with Neste's businesses and functions globally, as well as external stakeholders.

Your role in our team 

• Leading role in developing group real estate initiatives and continuously seeking ways to enhance efficiency

• Ensure effective and fit-for-purpose property management, asset and facility management

• Manage real estate service activities together with our internal and external resources

• Implement group real estate objectives and strategies

• Lead and coordinate suppliers

• Ensure close and efficient collaboration with stakeholders

• Manage KPIs, reporting, and analysis for real estate within your designated area, ensuring data-driven decision-making

Keys to success in this role

• Degree in business, engineering, construction, or similar skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate and/or construction

• Proactive approach and strong project management skills

• Experience in delivering challenging and complex activities independently

• Proficiency and fluency in Finnish and English

• Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset
