We're looking for you, a highly skilled and proactive
Senior Cybersecurity Specialist
to our Cybersecurity team in Espoo with a deep focus on Cybersecurity Operations and Incident Response.
In this critical role, you'll be a key player in detecting, analyzing, and responding to cyber threats, working to protect our infrastructure and data. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess an analytical mindset, and are passionate about defending against sophisticated cyberattacks, we want to hear from you.
In this job you will work closely with teams across IT, our suppliers (especially with our external Security Operations Center), the business teams and all your colleagues in our cybersecurity team.

Your role in our team

Incident response: lead and execute the full incident response lifecycle, including detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery, and post-incident review. Coordinate efforts with internal teams and external stakeholders during major incidents

Security monitoring and analysis: Proactively monitor security events and conduct in-depth, analysis to identify potential threats, anomalities, and malicious activities in cooperation with our partners

Vulnerability management: participate in vulnerability scanning, assessment and remediation efforts. Track that prioritized vulnerabilities are closed promptly

Process improvement: continuously identify and recommend improvements to our security operations processes, incident response playbooks and security controls

Emerging threats: stay current with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, vulnerabilities and security technologies
Keys to success in this role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered

5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, with a strong emphasis on security operations, incident response, and threat analysis

Deep understanding of common attack vectors, security vulnerabilities, and defensive strategies

Experience with cloud security concepts and practices (e.g., Azure, GCP)

Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Good communication skills

Relevant industry certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, CEH, CySA+, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent is a plus
