We are looking for you,

Senior HR Specialist


to our Employment Services team in Neste headquarters, Espoo.

You will join our centralized HR team, Employment Hub. Our Hub is dedicated to a human-centric approach with a strong service mindset. Your primary focus is to partner with and advise leaders and employees on their employment matters.

In this role, you will consult Neste employees and leaders on all employment matters. Your responsibilities include employment documentation, system maintenance (such as SuccessFactors and time management system), and applying company policies and guidelines. You are there to support and ensure success throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

You will independently manage the employment change process. This involves guiding and briefing managers from start to finish, keeping all parties informed, and executing necessary changes in the HR systems. You will be responsible for process consistency, compliance, and data quality.

You will sustain a positive employee experience by utilizing clear communication, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and by coaching leaders to find effective solutions.
