We are looking for you, 

Senior Learning Specialist 

to join our Leadership, Learning and Talent Acquisition Team in the Group HR function in Espoo, Finland. This is a temporary position during a parental leave until August 31, 2027.

Your role in our team is to support and develop Neste global L&D to strengthen Neste strategic capabilities and competencies. This includes leading and developing our Learning Hub operations globally, implementing group level development opportunities and providing guidance and support in building and managing content on our digital learning platforms to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Neste Learning Hub operations, processes & practices
• Run daily Learning Hub operations and implement global group level learning initiatives together with key stakeholders
• Specialize in the matters of learning & development: e.g. learning platforms and tools, different learning methods at Neste
• Support and create digital content creation, curation and impactful learning delivery
• Evaluate impact and effectiveness of our development actions
• Remain up-to-date on latest learning development 

Keys to success in this role

• Experience in HRD and Learning & development matters in a global organization (min. 5 years)
• Good understanding on organisational learning and related pedagogical solutions
• Applicable University degree or other equivalent education
• Experience in working with HR digital tools and learning platforms
• Excellent project management, communication and people skills
• Solution-oriented mindset, even under pressure and hands on attitude
• Excellent verbal and written English and Finnish skills
