Neste Marketing & Services, is one of the three Neste Corporation business units and responsible for the direct sales and marketing of a wide range of high-quality fuels including Neste MY Renewable DieselTM in its markets in Finland and all Baltic countries. We at the Marketing & Services business unit play an important role in connecting Neste's production with the end customers: consumers, transport service providers, customers in the aviation, shipping, industrial and agricultural sectors, municipalities, heating fuel customers, and fuel distributors. With our lower-emission and digital solutions we  respond to the changing customers’ and partners’ needs in its markets.

Solution Manager


to our Center of Excellence team in Espoo, Tallinn, Riga, or Vilnius. This is a full-time, permanent position.


You will play a key role in an ERP and CRM implementation project implementing Microsoft D365 F&O and CE solutions. Solution Manager role focuses on driving the successful delivery of complex projects by designing innovative solutions, managing project execution, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. A Solution Manager is expected to understand relevant business processes and collaborate across the area, while actual process development responsibility lies with the Business Process Development team.

 

Along the ERP journey, we will also identify and build a roadmap for future system development. Following the implementation of ERP and CE, the role will strongly focus on production support and continuous system development. The CoE team works closely with both business and IT. In this role, you will report to the Head of CoE.

Your role in our team 

 

  • Ensures that designed solutions are suitable for Neste M&S as a whole. Guides development towards global and standardized solutions across all operating countries.

  • Creates and participates in solution design together with key stakeholders.

  • Actively works on ideas to simplify and focus on the core solutions and applications that M&S business requires. Brings ideas for discontinuation when a specific solution or application does not match the previous targets or does not bring any additional business value. 

  • Plans, aligns and prioritizes roadmap items together with Business & IT. 

  • Provides solution advisory for business line organizations, projects and key users. 

  • Supports key users in Marketing & Services to define and maintain solution-specific documentation.

  • Collaborates closely with the CoE Process Development and Master Data teams.

 

The best combination to success in this role

 

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Business or Technology/Engineering

  • Solid knowledge and experience of the Microsoft D365 ecosystem, preferably covering both CE and F&O

  • Excellent collaboration skills in a cross-functional and intercultural environment with both internal and external parties

  • Proactive and independent approach on tasks and assignments, willingness to drive change and achieve results

  • Willingness to learn new skills and competencies on a continuous basis

  • Ability to work independently and find solutions even in stressful situations

  • Consultative, analytical and development mindset

  • Systematic and solution-oriented way of working

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
