You will focus on creating safety and business success through innovative and impactful data management, reporting and innovation. In this job you will work closely with cross functional stakeholders in our businesses and functions.

Your role in our team

  • Act as the Product Owner of Neste’s HSEQ reporting application, Synergi Life. The role includes administrating and leading the development of the system with various stakeholders.
  • PowerBI Development Ops: you will innovate, develop and maintain versatile Power BI reports based on corporate and business area needs
  • Coordinate and develop the multi-year Safety digitalisation strategy to enable Neste’s corporate safety roadmap
  • Promoting a data-driven mindset and sharing your knowledge throughout the functions to support others in adopting a data-driven approach


The best combination to succeed in this role

  • At minimum a BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field
  • Several years of experience in business intelligence development and system administration
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing user-centric Power BI reports that cater to a diverse userbase
  • Experience with DAX, M, SQL
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to grasp and conceptualize new processes
  • An analytical mindset for collecting and processing data from different sources
  • People-oriented approach and good interaction skills with the aptitude to explain technical concepts in an accessible manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Finnish and English
