Your role during the summer

You will support the Commercial Operations Team in Espoo in coordinating the day-to-day planning, implementation and optimization of the commercial and service contracts in the domestic and international oil and renewable business areas. The team consists of ~30 professionals, and the main job of the team is to support Neste’s strategy by carrying out feedstock and product sales/supply delivery operations successfully and cost efficiently. Additionally sustainability criteria management for our renewable products according to the compliance requirements is a vital part of the job. This job requires close communication with both internal and external (customer/supplier) counterparties.

The best combination to succeed in this role

• The final stages of studies in Logistics, International Business or a similar, relevant field with some work experience

• Motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge in commodity market

• Experience of ICT/IT systems, especially SAP 

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English and preferably also in Finnish

• Customer oriented mindset

• Flexibility and adaptability to occasionally hectic work environment

The job is located in Keilaranta, Espoo, with excellent transport connections. We work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and for sense of belonging.

The position follows the collective agreement for senior salaried employees. If you are in the early stages of your studies, the minimum starting salary is 2350 EUR. Your salary will also depend on relevant work experience and, for students, the number of completed course credits. We welcome applications from both current students and those who have graduated in 2025. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2026.
