Summer trainee, Digital Workplace Solutions (IAM & SAP GRC)

to our Digital Workplace Solutions team in the Data and IT Platforms department in Espoo. We are a team of 8 professionals dedicated to empower all Neste employees and partners with the digital devices and tools they need for a smart and efficient collaboration.

Your role during the summer

As a Summer Trainee, Digital Workplace Solutions (IAM & SAP GRC), you will support your team and gain valuable experience by supporting IT operations and ensuring our business runs smoothly during the summer holidays:

• SAP GRC Operations: Be the go-to person for SAP GRC access control, getting hands-on experience ensuring smooth operations while our experts are on leave.

• Identity and Access Management (IAM) within SailPoint IdentityIQ: Help ensure that the organization's digital identities and access rights are properly managed using SailPoint IdentityIQ.

• Driving Improvement: Help us enhance our instructions, documentation, and communication processes within the IAM and GRC area.

• Stakeholder support and Troubleshooting: Improve your IT problem-solving skills by investigating issues reported by stakeholders. 

• Collaboration and Networking: Work closely with colleagues in the Digital Workplace Solutions team and connect with various other teams and vendors to build your network with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring everyone is kept informed of your initiatives.

The best combination to succeed in this role

• You are currently studying or have studied Information Technology (IT) or a similar, relevant field

• Excellent communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities

• A desire to learn and develop your skills in the IT domain 

• Earlier work experience in SAP or Identity and Access Management (IAM) is considered an asset, but is not mandatory

The job is located in Keilaranta, Espoo, with excellent transport connections. Currently we work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging. 

The position follows the collective agreement for senior salaried employees. If you are in the early stages of your studies, the minimum starting salary is 2350 EUR. Your salary will also depend on relevant work experience and, for students, the number of completed course credits. We welcome applications from both current students and those who have graduated after 1st January 2025. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2026.
