Your role during the summer
As a Summer Trainee, Direct Tax, you will support your team in direct tax matters mainly in the fields of income tax, transfer pricing and international tax. Your main tasks will focus on transfer pricing and will include updating and drafting transfer pricing documentations including preparing and reviewing related calculations. Your tasks will also include assisting with various tax analyses, document drafting and archiving and other office work.
The best combination to succeed in this role
- Mid/late phase Bachelor's or Master ́s level studies in Economics and Business Administration, Law, or a similar, relevant field
- Interest in taxation and motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge in income tax, transfer pricing and international tax
- Excellent communication skills in English and in Finnish
- Previous work experience from corresponding tasks. Experience in the field of taxation is considered an advantage, but it is not a must.
- Systematic, precise and punctual working style combined with a flexible and positive attitude
- General fluency with IT systems and tools, especially with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google tools and SAP

The job is located in Keilaranta, Espoo, with excellent transport connections. We work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging.
The position follows the collective agreement for senior salaried employees. If you are in the early stages of your studies, the minimum starting salary is 2300 EUR. Your salary will also depend on relevant work experience and the number of completed course credits. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2025.
