Summer trainee, Strategic Pricing

to our pricing team in Espoo, Finland. We are a team of professionals dedicated to supporting the performance of the Marketing and Services business unit by creating pricing strategies, and planning and implementing pricing actions that are based on the strategies. Your role during the summer

You will support your team and get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in pricing.

As our trainee, you will work in the Strategic Pricing team. In your job you will analyse pricing performance and implement decided pricing actions. Depending on your studies, interests and skills you may also participate in pricing analytics or system development. We will expect you to provide new ideas and be ready to act on them with the support of our team. 

The best combination to succeed in this role

• You are currently studying or have studied engineering, economics, data science or a similar, relevant field

• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English

• Motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge in pricing

• Some experience of pricing, data analysis and or statistics

• We also value earlier work experience in pricing but it is not mandatory

The job is located in Keilaranta, Espoo, with excellent transport connections. Currently we work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging.

The position follows the collective agreement for senior salaried employees. If you are in the early stages of your studies, the minimum starting salary is 2350 EUR. Your salary will also depend on relevant work experience and, for students, the number of completed course credits. We welcome applications from both current students and those who have graduated after 1st January 2025. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2026.
