Summer trainee, Sustainable Services Coordinator

to our Sustainability Services team in the Sustainable Growth function located in Espoo. We are a team of 6 professionals dedicated to develop and manage a competitive, value-added service portfolio for B2B customers in Marketing & Services' home markets.

Your role during the summer

You will support your team and get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in sustainability as well as service design, development and delivery.

As a Summer Trainee, Sustainable Service Coordinator, you focus on developing, delivering and managing M&S’s sustainable service concepts. Your tasks include developing  new sustainable service solutions and GHG emission reporting concepts, ensuring good communication and coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders and  following  EU and countries legislation and other voluntary frameworks and implications to M&S partners. You will work closely with a wide internal stakeholder network such as Sales, Digital Development and Sustainability and Marketing.

The best combination to succeed in this role

• You are currently studying or have studied Sustainability, Service Design, Innovation, Engineering or a similar, relevant field

• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English

• Structured way of operating

• Motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge in Sustainability and Service Design, Development and Delivery

• Some experience of leading projects and coordinating tasks 

• We also value earlier work experience in Sustainability and Service Design but it is not mandatory

The job is located in Keilaranta, Espoo, with excellent transport connections. Currently we work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging. 

The position follows the collective agreement for senior salaried employees. If you are in the early stages of your studies, the minimum starting salary is 2350 EUR. Your salary will also depend on relevant work experience and, for students, the number of completed course credits. We welcome applications from both current students and those who have graduated after 1st January 2025. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2026.
