Your role during the summer

As a Summer Trainee, Tax Reporting, you will support the Direct Tax team in various tax matters mainly in the fields of income tax, tax accounting and tax compliance. Your main tasks will focus on tax accounting and compliance, including preparing and reviewing tax calculations, handling tax compliance, filings and archiving of tax returns, and assisting in Pillar 2 questions and calculations.

The best combination to succeed in this role

• You are currently studying or have studied Economics and Business Administration, Law, or a similar, relevant field. Studies especially in Accounting and Taxation are considered an asset.

• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English

• Interest in taxation and motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge in income tax, tax accounting and international taxation.

• Some experience of corresponding tasks. Experience in the field of taxation is considered an advantage, but it is not mandatory.

• Systematic and analytical working style with an eye for detail, combined with a flexible and positive attitude.

• General fluency with IT systems and tools, especially with Excel.

The job is located in Keilaranta, Espoo, with excellent transport connections. Currently we work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging.

The position follows the collective agreement for senior salaried employees. If you are in the early stages of your studies, the minimum starting salary is 2350 EUR. Your salary will also depend on relevant work experience and, for students, the number of completed course credits.. We welcome applications from both current students and those who have graduated after 1st January 2025. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2026.
