Summer Trainees, Vendor Settlement 

to our Global Commercial Operations Support/Vendor Settlement team in Espoo.

Your role during the summer

You will support your team and get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in Purchase & Commercial Operations. 

As a Summer Trainee, Vendor Settlement you will support the daily work of the team. The work consists of processing invoices for the purchase of raw materials for renewable and petroleum products and the service invoices that support them. Invoices are versatile in terms of content and there are several documents that enable invoice processing. There are many internal and external stakeholders in your work, which gives you a lot of visibility to the wider operational entity.

The best combination to succeed in this role

• You are currently studying or have studied Business, Commercial, Logistics or other relevant field

• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English

• Fluent basic ICT skills, experience in ERP or invoicing systems is an asset

• Attention to details with ability to understand relevant bigger picture

• Motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge in Global Logistics & Commercial Operations Support work

• We also value earlier work experience in invoicing but it is not mandatory

The job is located in Keilaranta, Espoo, with excellent transport connections. Currently we work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging. 

The position follows the collective agreement for senior salaried employees. If you are in the early stages of your studies, the minimum starting salary is 2350 EUR. Your salary will also depend on relevant work experience and, for students, the number of completed course credits. We welcome applications from both current students and those who have graduated after 1st January 2025. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2026.
