Summer trainee, Business Processes
to our Global Business Process & Analytics team in Espoo location. We are a team of 30 professionals dedicated to optimizing business processes to drive superior business results and operational efficiency.

Your role during the summer
You will get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in our core Business Processes or within Data & Process Analytics. You will join driving operational efficiency and commercial excellence ensuring our sales, supply, and logistics operations run smoothly.
Your tasks can include:

Supporting business process development projects: assisting Subject Matter Experts and Project Managers with project management tasks, coordination, and material preparation

Process documentation: mapping and documenting business processes to ensure we have up-to-date descriptions and standards of how we operate

Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify the fundamental causes of process deviations and contribute to developing robust and sustainable process improvements

Data and reporting support: helping to analyze process performance data or assisting with reporting needs using tools like PowerBI, Excel or Google Sheets to identify improvement opportunities
You will work together with a collaborative global team including Global Process Owners, Process Development Managers, Business Process Analysts and Business Solution Managers. You will also interact with stakeholders from different business functions such as Sales, Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
The best combination to succeed in this role

You are currently studying or have studied Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a similar, relevant field

Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English

Motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge in business process management, supply chain operations, and how data and systems (like SAP or Salesforce) support business goals

Some experience of using common office tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint). Experience with visualization tools like PowerBI is a plus.

We also value earlier work experience in supply chain, logistics, sales support, or data & reporting, but it is not mandatory

The job is located in Keilaranta, Espoo, with excellent transport connections. Currently we work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging. / The job is located in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, which is about 30 minutes by car from the center of Helsinki. On weekdays, we organize free bus transportation to Kilpilahti for our employees from the capital region, Porvoo and the nearby areas. More information here.
The position follows the collective agreement for senior salaried employees. If you are in the early stages of your studies, the minimum starting salary is 2350 EUR. Your salary will also depend on relevant work experience and, for students, the number of completed course credits. We welcome applications from both current students and those who have graduated after 1st January 2025. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2026.
