Summer trainee, NEMO ERP Project
to our NEMO project team in Finland. We are a team of professionals dedicated to building a new ERP system for Neste Marketing & Services.

Your role during the summer
You will support your team and get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in various project related tasks and learn project management.
As a Summer Trainee in NEMO Project, you focus on supporting our professionals in various tasks. Your tasks include system testing, document reviewing, organisation supporting, project cost follow-up, organising meetings etc. You work together with the project team, external consultants and project management office (PMO).
The best combination to succeed in this role

You are currently studying or have studied IT, Finance or other related field

Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English

Motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge in project management and Microsoft D365 Business Central

Some experience of Microsoft D365 is a big plus

We also value earlier work experience either in Finance, Supply Chain or other centralised business services, but it is not mandatory

You have strong self-management skills, you are open minded, can challenge yourself and always ready to take the extra mile to make things happen

The job is located in Keilaranta, Espoo, with excellent transport connections. Currently we work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging
The position follows the collective agreement for senior salaried employees. If you are in the early stages of your studies, the minimum starting salary is 2350 EUR. Your salary will also depend on relevant work experience and, for students, the number of completed course credits. We welcome applications from both current students and those who have graduated after 1st January 2025. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2026.
