Summer trainee, Treasury Operations & Accounting Team

to our Treasury Operations & Accounting team in Espoo location. We are a team of five professionals responsible for treasury payments, daily liquidity management, calculation of daily foreign exchange (FX) position for working capital hedging and Treasury accounting & reporting.

Your role during the summer

You will support your team and get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in treasury back office operations.

As a Summer Trainee, you will be taking care of Treasury Back Office daily operative tasks for example payments, FX and MM settlements, liquidity management and calculation of daily FX position for working capital hedging. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for managing some of our most critical daily tasks, and we encourage you to contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas, which you can implement with your team's support. You will work closely with banks, our Market Desk and Group Finance.

The best combination to succeed in this role

• You are currently studying or have studied finance or a similar, relevant field

• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English

• Motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge in Treasury and other areas in Finance

• Some experience of payments or other back office tasks

• We also value earlier work experience in Treasury or others areas in finance but it is not mandatory

The job is located in Keilaranta, Espoo, with excellent transport connections. Currently we work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging.

The position follows the collective agreement for senior salaried employees. If you are in the early stages of your studies, the minimum starting salary is 2350 EUR. Your salary will also depend on relevant work experience and, for students, the number of completed course credits. We welcome applications from both current students and those who have graduated after 1st January 2025. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2026.
