We are looking for you,

Team Lead, Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE)

to our Oli products (OP) Supply Chain Steering team in Espoo.

In our team, you will lead the Operative Steering Desk to maximize refinery margin and security of supply while ensuring inventory compliance and translating monthly plans into daily operations. Together with your expertise, we can do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.

Your role in our team

  • Leading accomplishment of business KPI’s and targets

  • Provide daily leadership for the team, including HR responsibilities, individual coaching, and career growth

  • Establish and harmonize core operational standards and routines, such as weekly planning updates and performance tracking

  • Develop systematic methods for team onboarding and the exchange of expertise

  • Coordinate and streamline the management of cross-departmental issues and incidents

  • Serve as the L3 process owner


The best combination to succeed in this role

  • A technical or commercial degree paired with a profound grasp of the Porvoo refinery setup, product specs, and the oil market landscape

  • Proven track record in oil trading, supply chain planning, or refinery operations, with a dedicated approach to coaching, feedback, and people management

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex cross-chain effects through extensive cross-desk expertise

  • A safety-first mindset and a reliable, professional attitude

  • Well spoken and written English and Finnish is mandatory
