Team lead, ERP Center of Excellence


to our Commercial and sustainability team in ERP Center of Excellence. 


Neste ERP Center of Excellence (ERP CoE) is a global team responsible for developing the integrated ERP landscape and supporting business needs and strategies for a rapidly growing international company. You will be leading a midsize team of solution managers and concept owners in their own respective domains. Development of team skills and competence development of the team members are your duties reflecting Neste values in every day work.


You will work across organizations and projects, so it’s essential you have experience in working with cross-functional and intercultural environments with external parties. Neste has an integrated ERP platform, S/4 Hana being the core of it.  You will be a key player in different ERP process and system development projects with your team and ensure open communication and efficient ways of working with the vendor network to manage the development pipeline.

Your role in our team

 

  • Organizing and managing the assigned ERP CoE team and motivating, coaching, developing and supporting team members
  • Development of team skills and competence development of the team members 
  • Ensure appropriate resourcing globally in support, development and project activities in finance area
  • Cooperate with the Neste business units and process owners in your respective area  to develop processes and ways of working together
  • Collaborating closely with other ERP CoE teams to improve ways of working with internal stakeholders and external IT vendors.
  • Participating to development projects as separately agreed


The best combination to succeed in this role

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a relevant field such as business or technical
  • Several years of experience (7+) in relevant roles
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Team leadership and coaching skills, able to lead high performing teams remotely
  • Previous ERP system experience and understanding
  • Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional and intercultural environments with internal and external parties
  • Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to changing situations, capability to manage own workload, prioritize work activities and work independently
  • Proactive approach on tasks and assignments, willingness to drive change and achieve results


We also value agile development experience and a positive mindset with a can-do attitude.
