 We are looking for a 


Technical Account Manager, Europe 


to join our global technical services team in Dusseldorf, Germany or alternatively in Espoo, Finland.

Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are


  • Support Renewable Road Transportation Sales team regarding technical considerations of renewable diesel usage
  • Develop and deliver messages of technical characteristics and overall product benefits as part of the sales process
  • Be a technical point of contact for key customers, sales, marketing, public affairs and other stakeholders
  • Lead investigations of product related claims and quality non-conformities.
  • Communicate technical information and requirements with a variety of external as well as internal stakeholders.

At the Technical Services team we help our customers to succeed with Neste products and services by providing technical solutions & expertise. In this role you are responsible for managing product related technical topics with customers, sales and other internal and external stakeholders. You will report to the Head of Technical Services in Espoo.

The best combination to success in this role

  • A university degree and minimum 5 years of work experience in engineering, logistics, fuels or other relevant fields
  • Communication and teamwork skills, decision-making ability and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in written and oral English (B2 level of French or German are seen as an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proactiveness in seeking and deploying improvements in our products and processes
  • Working attitude: good interpersonal and networking skills, flexible, analytical, stress-resistant, able to handle confidential information, decisive and result orientated

We also value

  • Experience in problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Experience in giving technical training
