Job Title: Site Operator
Reports To: Site Manager
Location: Hector, Minnesota
Department: Logistics and Operations

In your role, you will be responsible for:
- Loading and unloading products into railcars from truck trailers
- Positioning rail cars on tracks for proper loading and unloading
- Sealing rail cars for shipment
- Site maintenance, including safety equipment
- Minor equipment repair as well as transferring equipment for off-site repairs
- Safely following Standard Operating Procedures
- Performing the work in accordance with safety protocols
- Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrating excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exhibiting excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Showcasing strong problem-solving skills
- Prioritizing tasks effectively
- Functioning well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Conducting simple administrative tasks
- Possessing a valid Class A Driver’s License
The best combination of experience, skills, and background are:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related experience required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Good sense of balance and the ability to maintain 3 points of contact
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work in tight spaces when loading vehicles
- Ability to work at heights approximately 15 feet above the ground
- Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds at times
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
