We are looking for you,
HR Specialist
to our Employment Services team in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands.(possible office relocation to Rotterdam area in the near future)
As a member of our centralized HR employment services team, you will champion a human-centric, service-oriented approach. Your primary focus will be to partner with and advise both leaders and employees on all employment matters.
In this role, you will act as a trusted guardian and advisor on processes and policies, consulting and supporting Neste employees and leaders on all employment matters. Your responsibilities include managing employment documentation, maintaining HR systems (such as SuccessFactors), and applying corporate policies, statutory guidelines, and HR best practices. You will play a central, empowering role in shaping and ensuring success throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
You will independently manage the employment change process. This involves guiding and briefing managers from start to finish, keeping all parties informed, and executing necessary changes in the HR systems. You will take ownership of process consistency, strict compliance, and high data quality.
By utilizing clear communication and a proactive approach to problem-solving, you will sustain a positive employee experience while coaching leaders to find effective solutions.

Professional Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field, backed by 5+ years of HR experience and a responsible, safety-first attitude.

Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in both English and Dutch. Fluency in other languages is considered an advantage.
