We are a diversified team of experts working in IT Functions. Our team is responsible for end to end delivery of IT services to our business in the Functions Area. We also take responsibility for the end user satisfaction and work in close collaboration with our service partners
We are now looking for a self-guided, result-oriented and collaborative colleague to join the IT Common Functions team as an IT Product Manager in Houston, TX.
Currently requirements are catered from Neste’s central IT headquarters in Finland. As we are now growing globally we like to follow the Sun concept and looking to fill this role to help cater to requirements in the US efficiently. The role will need to be working in close collaboration with different Geos and will be supported with required tools and processes.

IT Product Manager at Neste is responsible for such IT product areas in planning and execution throughout the life cycle. The person in this role at Neste is responsible for prioritising the requirements together with the product owner, defining the product vision, and working closely with business stakeholders.
IT Product Manager also ensures that the product supports Neste’s overall strategy and goals.
Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are

Own end-to-end responsibility for product lifecycle, architecture, the development and maintenance of activities of the named solutions and products

Understand customer needs and how technologies help in fulfilling them

Responsible for development projects and / or digital delivery streams related to the assigned product area.

Own product pricing and TCO

Own long-term IT product roadmap and ensure key stakeholders understands the product vision and value for users/customers

Scans the competitive landscape in which the product operates, spots trends and technical developments and updates the product roadmap as needed
You will work closely with IT Delivery Manager, IT Product Managers, Site Manager, cross functional IT teams like Cyber security, Enterprise Architects, Project Management Office mainly at the head office in Espoo, Finland to support our team in the US by managing, executing and tracking the key business support needs in IT as the main point of contact in the geographical region.
You will be reporting to the IT Delivery Manager based out of our headquarters in Espoo, Finland.
The best combination to success in this role

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, e.g. as a Product Manager

Demonstrated success defining and developing excellent products

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Technical/consultancy background relevant to the Functions areas

Excellent teamwork skills
-
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
We also value
-
Masters degree or equivalent experience
-
PMP and/or ITIL certification is an advantage
-
Knowledge of tools like SAP and other ERP solutions’

International experience managing service partners
-
Strong proficiency with Google suite especially sheets & slides

Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
